2013 Columbus Arts Festival Author Application
Deadline to submit application is February 17th, 2013 at 5 P.M.
The Columbus Arts Festival is seeking writers to present their work on the 2013 Columbus Arts Festival Word is Art Stage
Authors of published or non published fiction or non-fiction are eligible.
Authors selected will have 10 minutes to introduce themselves and showcase their work.
Only chosen eligible applicants will be assigned a time to audition. Those auditioning are selected from eligible applications, no walk-in’s allowed. If you are chosen to audition but are unable or unwilling to audition, you will not be eligible to perform at the Festival.
Performance schedule will appear in the Festival Guidebook and on the CAF website.
- Writers must submit a 300 word selection from the work you intend to read at the event and submit it with this application
- File submissions may be Plain Text (.txt), Rich text (.rtf), or Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf).
- Readings must be appropriate for an audience in which children may be present.
Applications will be accepted through February 17, 2013 at 5:00 PM ET.
